What materials do you use?

We primarily use sustainably sourced European oak, walnut, and ash. Our upholstery fabrics are carefully selected natural blends (linen, cotton, wool) and premium top-grain leathers. All finishes are water-based and non-toxic.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes, we stand behind our craftsmanship. All Nordicwood furniture comes with a 10-year structural warranty against manufacturing defects. Upholstery and foam are covered by a 3-year warranty.

Can I return a piece if it doesn't fit?

We offer a 30-day return policy for standard items in original condition. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and custom or made-to-order pieces are final sale. We highly recommend measuring your space (including doorways and stairwells) before ordering.

How do I care for my wood furniture?

Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Clean spills immediately with a slightly damp cloth, followed by a dry one. Avoid direct sunlight, extreme temperature changes, and harsh chemical cleaners. We recommend using coasters and placemats to protect the finish.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we offer standard shipping across North America and Europe. For other international destinations, please contact our customer service team for a custom shipping quote before placing your order.
