Our Approach to Delivery

We believe the experience of receiving your Pearl Home Furniture furniture should be as seamless and elegant as the pieces themselves. We partner with specialized logistics providers to ensure your items arrive safely and on time.

Shipping Tiers

Standard Delivery

Delivery to your front door or apartment lobby. Unpacking and assembly are not included.
Cost: Free on orders over BHD 500. BHD 25 flat rate for orders under BHD 500.
Timeline: 5–10 business days for in-stock items.

White Glove Delivery

Includes inside delivery to your room of choice, complete assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.
Cost: BHD 49 flat rate per order.
Timeline: 7–14 business days for in-stock items.

Made-to-Order Items

Many of our upholstered pieces are made to order. Please allow 6–8 weeks for production before shipping. You will be provided with an estimated timeline at checkout.

Damages in Transit

Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. If you notice any damage, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage.
