Our Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery on most items, subject to the conditions below.

Eligible Items

Items must be returned in their original condition — unused, unassembled, and in original packaging. Custom and made-to-order items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact our customer support team at hello@nordicwood.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a shipping label where applicable.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original and place a new order.
